Ate at a all you can eat kbbq/hotpot. Full and sleepy now. Might be my only meal for the day but we'll see if i want to make a fruit smoothie tonight.

Got super hungry today. Broke my fast with like 2 cups bone broth. Had to wait till wife came home to bring me some rotisserie chicken. Ate a granola bar before she came home. Ate like 3/4th of the whole chicken. Then i made me a 4 egg omelet with some shredded cheese in it and like 6 pieces of pre-cooked bacon i heat up in the air fryer. Used one of those circle thin breads to make a sandwich with some them.
Havent ate eggs since i started skipping breakfast lol. It hit the spot.

Gonna stop now and try to hit gym in an hour.

Experimented with some healthy biscuits. Basically self rising flour and greek yogurt.
Was in a rush so def room for improvements.... but im liking the potential. Pretty tiny, couldve made 2 decent size ones but split it into six.
Made a little bacon and cheese sandwich and it was pretty good. Was worried about the tanginess of the greek yogurt but it was actually pleasant. Sorta gummy maybe frlm over mixing or too much greek yogurt but def gonna try again

Probably not the best thing but i bought some zero calorie powder gatorade propel to drink one time during the day since i drink lots of water. Also feel it might help with some weakness and lightheadedness i get sometimes after the 16hr point. Especially if i try to do some exercises.
It also helps me even drink more water because its so sweet lol.

It probably is the cheat meals or days during this past couple weekends, but i havent been losing as much weight as i want.
Want to reach my goal of 285 by this saturday so i'll be a little more strict with my meals the rest of the week. Will probably bump up the cardio this next couple days.
Been doing weights past few days.

Made it to the 15lb lost in 5 weeks. Pretty good in the grand scheme of things. Still long ways to go. Was able to hit the gym on the way home this morning from work for quick 25 min back workout. Still havent ate anything since yesterday at around 7pm and been working all night.
Here's hoping for some more steady weight loss.

Fasted till like 6pm. Ate last fried chicken breast and like 12 tyson chicken nugget i heated up.
Also ate random snacks, granola bar, an apple,a kiwi. Ate everything pretty much in an hour.
Wife ate leftover pizza so i wasnt tempted.

Waited an hour then i walked to gym. Somebody was at the only bench again so i decided to do incline dumbbells first. Burnt myself out because by the time i go to the barbell bench, my chest already fatigued that i could barely do 135. By the 3 or 4th set of 135, think i stopped at like 5 or 6 reps.

Not fasting, but I really cleaned up my intake.

I was disgusted with how I looked.

cut beer out mostly, will only drink low cal, maybe one or two a week.

limit carbs, go more carb friendly.

cut out my vices like pizza and deep fried foods.

eating more greens and veggies. Trying to drink more water and replacing any sugar drinks with zero sugar substitutes.

I walk a lot at work too. Average about 11k steps a day, then Ill try to go to the gym 3 times a week for a high incline walk on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes.

I havent weighted myself prior to this. I probably should have, but I was terrified of the number that would pop up.

For me, cutting something off would just make me crave it even more. I still have pizza and fried food so long as i stay below my calorie limit. But only once a week or 2 still.

And i could never start a fitness routine or diet without weighing myself.
Im pretty overweight so i can't really tell big differences unless i see it on the scale personally. Always been a numbers guy and i need to see something that will let me know for sure what im doing is working.
If i was worried about my lifts or building muscle i probably wouldnt feel the need to weight myself.

Wife came home late so didnt get to go to gym yesterday.
Had to instacart some bone broth and a publix ultimate sub double meat. Think i fasted 23hrs yesterday so wanted the bone broth to sip on first before i ate.

Just used yesterday as a rest day.

Went to store and excited to try these 45 calorie hot dogs from hebrew national later today.

The low calorie hotdogs pretty good. Never tried it by itself because didnt want to waste a bite without bread and condiments. First one i had a single dog, but then the 2 other ones i made i decided to put 2 so i dont eat too much bread. Will say i think i started noticing a weird after taste by halfway of the 2nd one.

Definitely gave me the satisfactory taste of a hotdog for only around 225-250calories for each double stuffed dog with bun.
Also ate 2 bags of pork rinds i ordered that just came in which are 150 calorie for each bag. Ordered a case of a variety pack of Macs pork rinds.
Finished off the meal with a couple of fiber one brownie bites which are suprisingpy good. Each square has 6g fiber (21%).
Bought a bulk 40 pack of these from Sams club online as well.

Waiting for my case of chicken bone broth i ordered from Sams club too.
With all the stuff from Sams i shouldnt have to worry about anything for a while except my main meal. I liked to use the bone broth to break my fast each day then snack on the pork rinds later which usually gives me time till my wife comes home.

That said, i will probably make a berry smoothie later before i try to go to gym.

Lol didnt make smoothie because wifes mom brought food from work. Ate 2 pieces of ribs and a bbq chicken thigh instead.

Just came back from gym and the most tired i have been since i joined. Walked over to gym and did deadlifts right away started of with just 135 for like 8-10 reps. Lowered the reps to like 3 to 5 and went up to like 185 and 205 and 225. Only did the last few like a rep at a time. Was feelin lower back getting weak.
Went on to do straight arm pull downs, v bar lat pulldowns, cable rows, and finished off with assisted pull ups.

Cooked up some top sirloin cap or picanha that already came cut into these long chunks from grocery. Surprised how well i cooked it since it came in a weirder shape than a regular flat steak, more bulky in the middle.
Also ate the rest of my hotdogs some pork rinds and other random stuff.

Taking a break from gym today and got work tomorrow night. Hamstrings starting to feel sore from deadlifts yesterday.

Doing pretty good. Slow and steady. Broke fast early and ate a big breakfast after weigh in and work. . Had chicken and waffles and a mimosa but forgot to take picture because i was it looked too good and made me hungry.

Gonna try and not go overboard tonight and still try to stay at like 2600-2800 calories. Chicken and waffles itself was around 2100 calories according to the menu. Had a whole waffles and half a fried chicken in pieces.

Ate leftover 3 slices of pizza but thinking i overcompensated and didnt get enough calories for the day with everything else. Felt lazy and wife came home super late so really didnt have time. Also didnt really feel too much hungry after the 3 big slices of pizza.

Need to eat more tomorrow hoping i have time to. If wife comes home late again i will probably doordash something simple i can eat that has lots of protein

Broke my fast early but still was about 20hr since i finished eating early yesterday.

Ate a pound of publix chicken tenders. Also ate 2 of them with last hot dog buns i had from last weak. Also used chikfila sauce to eat with it. Ate a bag of pork rinds for extra protein and a granola bar. Finished it off with a big smoothie with a cup of mixed berries and cup of strawberries, orange juice, chia seeds, greek yogurt and some ice and water.
Think that will be it today.. still not sure if its too low of calories, but its definitely enough protein for my personal goal of around 100g.

Made leftover tater tots i put in the air fryer, topped it with a 3 egg scrambled eggs with some added carton egg whites, and then topped it with steak i reheated in a pan with soy sauce and sesame oil.

Pretty good. Steak was either too salty from when i cooked it or the soy sauce really put it over the top though with saltiness.

Actually hit 280lb after working out at the gym and a few rounds of peeing lol.
Was stiill hydrating myself pretty good too. Did some deadlifts and other back workouts. Bumper plates make me feel strong with how big they look lol.
Think i maxed at 275lb. Still new to deadlifting so taking it slow.

Cheated bad today. Went to revolving sushi restaurant and went all out.
Worst thing i did was indulge in some crumbl cookies. Had 4 cookies and each one like 600 calories lol wtf.

About 1,200 calories. 2 pieces of chicken around 400-500 calories.
So might make a fruit smoothie and call it a day.

Worth it.

Made it to the gym and went with my buddy. Super tired. We did chest and arms. Was able to have a spotter so i was able to do 225lb x 1 still on the bench which im happy about. Would have took me a couple weeks to build up and confidently try it by myself.

Overall good workout even if im feeling like im getting under the weather

Been sipping on bone broth and had these chicken tenders and black beans over rice twice today.
Didnt stick to the 6hr eating period today. Feeling sick. Sad because i cant really taste the food i was eating. I could tell if something was sweet, or salty, or like creamy, but couldnt really specify the taste.
Got swabbed for covid this morning and waiting for the result. Could also be that im super congested with a cold.

Don't know if the fasting is good with the being sick. Still gonna stick with 1 or 2 meals a day but maybe make it 8hr eating periods. But i will also drink bone broth and maybe some ginger lemon tea with honey during my fasting periods.

Hate the feeling of being congested the most of being sick.

Was going to eat closer to when i have to work tonight but i couldnt nap and was getting hungry.
Went to publix and got me an everroast sub that double meat that has sliced chicken and bacon and a container of mac n cheese.
Could only finish that half of the sub and ate a small bag of pork rinds and a couple of fiber bars.
Hoping it will last me till tomorrow. Mac n cheese had at least 700 calories according to the packaging and half the sub was probably around that too.

Weighed myself after work last and was actually 275.6, but i didnt have my usual drink after i left so im using 276lb as my weight.
Down 24lbs after week 8. Definitely did a big jump down this week, maybe going to hard on calorie restrictions, but i get like that when i see i lost only like a pound or 2 the previous weeks. 12 pounds a month. Better than my goal of 10lb a month so good. Did slowly start going to the gym again.
