So even though he was acquitted twice and the kids he allegedly molested came forward as adults and said they made the whole thing up because their parents put them up to it for the money, you still think he is guilty?

They found nothing illegal but they still found "art books" made by convicted pedophiles containing nude photos of young boys as well as a nude photo of a boy MJ personally knew

Not if they are nudist/naturist books. All laws relating to sex/nudity in this country are fucked up and don't make any sense. If you take a naked picture of a seven year old posing on the beach at a nudist resort the Supreme Court has ruled that is art not porn and is protected by the first amendment. If a 17 year old takes a nude picture of themself standing in front of a mirror that is considered child pornography and they can and have been arrested for it before. I'm pretty sure there has been a bunch of convictions as well since DAs love to go after easy wins to boost their image and no one is going to rule against child porn, nvm the fact it was taken by a teenager who's life you are now ruining and is debatable as to whether or not it is porn in the first place.

The warrant listed her as both the adult perpetrator and the child victim of the crime. How the hell does that make sense.

Yeah there was a story years ago from my state how some 16 year old took a picture of her tits and sent it to her bf. Dumbass of course shares it so she ends up getting arrested for producing and distributing child pornography. I didn't hear what happened, but when I tried looking it up later, I don't know if it was the same case, I'm pretty sure they convicted her and she has to register as a sex offender for either ten years or life.

It should also be noted, the age of consent in my state is 16. So this chick literally could have been gangbanged by half the guys in the state of any age, and it would have been completely legal. But take a picture of her own tits? Now her life is ruined because of morons.
