That's kinda sad actually. I feel bad for her, and anyone who ends up missing their chance.

He had some issues going on that began affecting the relationship and instead of trying to stick by him I just left instead.

The last real relationship she was a cokehead and I tolerated it until she kept leaving a pile out which my cat got into. Blew up and told her not to ever leave it out. Then she did it again one night after I went to bed. Fucking over.

The last two went 0-100 inside of 3 weeks and become unbelievably needy and dramatic and dependent and emotional and I just can't handle that level of constant need and reassurance and emotion. Especially not for a thing that isn't even a relationship yet.

He only got into it once that I know of, but I knew a couple who did a lot of blow and that cat was literally addicted. As soon as it heard the sound of some being chopped up he'd appear quicker than if you shook a bag of temptations.

i failed to uphold my responsibilities and she understandably decided to move on rather than give me yet another chance to get my shit together

i'm now with someone i feel much more strongly about and this time i've made sure to not let them down too

My first relationship - she cheated on me and I just couldn't trust her ever again.

My second relationship - She moved across the Atlantic Ocean. We didn't want to try long distance for the year she would be gone.

My third relationship- I was too mature for her. I would have been like 24 and she was 20 at the time, but felt like she was 16 years old. I wasn't wanting to be in a relationship with someone acting so immature.

My fourth and current relationship is going strong after 10 and a half years

She wanted to move in together after a little over a year together but I wasn't ready yet.

Ironically now I just moved in with a different one so all is good now

My declining health. I helped her move to college for her masters, which set off the decline of my health due to spending a couple of days at altitude. I think she blamed herself even though I didn't.

She got on my nerves and crossed a line over something stupid, so I broke off our engagement and broke up. I've been battling kidney failure for three years(recently got my transplant and on the mend) so her choosing to stress me out beyond reason was a big deal at the time.

I've only had 4 relationships in my life

my first one was with an 18 year old and I was 15, it definitely didnt work out due to her still in the same school with me, plus being kicked out of her home. I invited her to live with me for two weeks before she broke up with me and left to live with another guy. A year later she killed her infant and is now in jail for life

my second one was with a younger girl, and i was treating her like a child, and that drove us apart, was 18 at the time

My third was with a co worker for a little bit as i worked at toys r us, one day she said she was visiting a friend far away, and after i texted her for a week asking if she was ok, she texted me back and broke it off with me

My current one is actually my longest one so far. she lives 2 hours away but shes very very sweet and i hope to make it work this time

I was dating a girl last year and when November started she stopped replying to my messages except one time to say she had been having a hard time since it was her first holiday season across the country from her family. Then a few weeks later she finally fully ghosted by deleting all her accounts that I had her added on.

Funnily enough we were just outside Denver in Golden. I'd suggest maybe getting some supplemental oxygen.

I took full responsibility always keep your relationship private. Had to learn the hard way you can't trust people especially those that claim to be your friends.

I was a bad person at the time and I fucked 2 of her friends and her sister. Im currently married to her sister

Once the emotional high wore off...

We realized we have nothing in common.

My last relationship ended because she cheated. I didn't find out right away, but eventually the guilt was too much for her and she came clean. I tried to forgive her and move past it, but she lied to me about not seeing the guy anymore.

I found out that she was secretly hanging out with him, because she got into a car accident on her way to take him home (karma!). She swore that nothing else sexual happened with him, but any trust I had was destroyed at that point.

If there is anything to reflect on there, I guess it's that I should have bailed much sooner. Everything about him screamed "trying to get in her pants" and she clearly liked the attention.

But now, I'll notice some of those signs if that happens again. And it's not all bad. I did get better at communicating because of that relationship. And I got my son out of it too.

So my last official relationship ended for a lot of reasons, the biggest of which was that we just were never going to be compatible long-term. She was a pretty devoted Catholic (adult convert), and even though I would have liked to marry her, I had zero intentions of converting, and she would never have gone through with a wedding outside the church. We also just had a lot of personal and political differences that would have made a lasting relationship untenable. Truth be told it should have ended at lot sooner but we became pretty codependent (both of us had just gotten out of really, really bad relationships), so neither of us was willing to walk away, until my mental health struggles got severe enough, and I became toxic enough in our relationship, that she finally worked up the nerve and ended things.

Aside from that, I had this unofficial thing going on with a friend who was married (they were separated but she didnt want to go public or official because of that), that ended when I acted like an ass one night and shortly after that she started seeing this other guy. And there was a random drunken hookup I had with a childhood friend that well, I didnt enjoy at all. Shes nice and everything, I just dont really do hookups and felt uncomfortable about the entire thing. Tried to softly move past that but things were still awkward and she hasnt spoken to me in a long time.

I would say Im pretty good luck though because with the exception of one or two of my exes, Im pretty sure everyone Ive ever dated is still with the person they dated immediately after me.

We were both just starting college, and I was diagnosed with a personality disorder that has had a significant impact on my social life. He promised that we would work through it together and that he wouldn't stop supporting me, but eventually became degrading and mean and blamed me for having it. I felt uncared for and hurt so I ended things, albeit awkardly because it was my first relationship ever. He got really mad at me for that and I hear got into some drama afterwards, and he also told me that it didnt count as a real relationship because we didn't call each other enough in his view so bullet dodged? Now I'm freshly out of college and I'm in my second relationship with someone who has been far better as a partner.

He'd also insult me sometimes and got drunk around me even though I told him repeatedly it made me uncomfortable (We both had trauma from alcoholic parents, and he handled it in a very different way). Not a very good match.

My ex before my wife was just too serious about everything, didnt want to have sex, didnt want to live far from her family or leave this place in general and didn;t want me to join the Army , I am glad I didn't listen to her and joined, best decision I ever made.
