It's 100% appropriate to not and likely nowhere but shithole dictatorships would invite him. The royal family should send him a letter saying he is NOT invited because he is s complete and utter prat and wanker who is an embarrassment to his nation and the human race. Also say the Queen's single biggest regret is that she didn't live to see him die.
