Depends on where you're starting from. Are you "extremely" overweight, as in 40-50+ pounds? If so, changing you eating habits and walking is a great start for a few weeks. Count calories, walk on a treadmill. Set the treadmill at a pace that you can handle, but it slightly more than a walking pace. And set the treadmill incline for as high as you can comfortably handle, but you can still feel the strain when walking. Brisk walking at an incline is the easiest way for a beginner to burn fat. If you're already at or near your goal weight, or the weight you should be based on your height, and are looking to get tone/cut/muscular, do some research on full body weight routines. If you're not looking to bulk up, don't concern yourself with the amount of weight you lift, but rather the amount of repetitions you can do. And try to eat as "Clean" as possible. Limit the amount of refined sugar you consume. Try your best to only eat "good" carbs from foods made with whole grains. A LOT of fruits and vegetables. Do not "drink your calories" with juices, alcohol, and sodas. Drink A LOT of water. It sounds silly, but if you're not pissing 6-7 times a day, you should be drinking more water to keep you body flushed out and hydrated. Come back in Mid-November and let us know how it's going. There is no overnight solution to losing weight, save for cutting both your legs off. --- It takes zero effort to be a good person. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Doesn't matter, just start doing something today that's an improvement over yesterday. Maybe use less sauce on your food, maybe use the stairs when you'd normally use the elevator, just do something that's different so you're in that "change" mindset and the rest will come to you as you're going along. --- Who is? I am! ... Copied to Clipboard!
