This is just a collection of all of Konami's TMNT games, 13 in all. I had played/owned all the beat'em ups as a kid, but only played Tournament Fighters a handful of times and never touched the Game Boy games. Turns out that 3rd Game Boy game is legit it was basically a Metroidvania made by the people who would go on to make Symphony of the Night and it was quite fun! The trophies are all just beat each game, although for the three Tournament Fighters they all have specific conditions attached to them so you can't just set it to easy and get through quickly. Overall a solid collection and there's so much bonus content you can spend almost as much time reading through it all as you can playing the games.
