Although legal would be tricky. I think "essentials" is close to how I feel. There's stuff currently that I feel shouldn't be privately owned like medical and legal. Although legal would be tricky. The public defenders you get now are overworked and barely have time for your case so in reality it's the richer you are the better chance you have for getting off.
