Dunno what it is about them. And yeah their crunchy thin is real light. I used to work at one and I made some crazy off-menu stuff. Still couldn't get it up to local place quality. I usually didn't have to pay for it though and there were a lot of outside the box options/combinations (including covered pies using 2 thin crusts. I made a really good popper-like pizza. Thin crust, ranch cup sauce base, banana peppers and jalapenos, little bit of pizza cheese, lots of cheddar, another thin crust as cover, a little bit of butter oil, more cheese mix on top) the red sauces and cheeses could use more flavor imo (especially the feta.
