There's a shop created by an ex-manager of my current company that is a much more involved single store owner, and I put in my two weeks notice to go run his store. is scary and has me anxious, Ive been at my current job for 6 years, but moving will give me more opportunities for my photography and videography, social media management, and just a less stagnant environment in general. same pay, with room for raises, and assured opportunities for overtime, and writing my own schedule are all nice --- instagig ... Despised posted... How did you know I have so many hats God that sounds like a nightmare. Hearing that makes me even happier for you. I recently switched my patronage from a tiny inactive shop to a big, kinda edgy, super busy one. Im happy with the switch, I will say I had the absolute worst retail experience of my life at the new place on my second visit (I actually cried at the store LMAO), but after that its been chill. Do you know if the social media account youre gonna start using already has a lot of engagement or is that something youre going to have to build up? The company I work for isnt terrible, theyve treated me well and I made a ton of great friends, but the good boss is leaving and the shitty son is taking over, and I would prefer to make the jump to something new. they have social media base set up, I will expand on that as well as most likely take over the website Im also a professional photographer and have done social media management before so that will be a mix of improving picture and video quality, posting frequency, and coming up with promotions and shit Theres a LOT of product for me to learn, but Ive been in the scene for a long time and thats not hard for me. im not really intimidated by any of the duties, just the job change in general il --- instagig ...
