You can throw as many soldiers as you want but without proper, effective and efficient leadership, you're just throwing them into a meat grinder

And if they're committing them during the winter, they're basically dooming them to starve and freeze to death in a muddy and/or frozen hell hole

When Russia is already having critical problems keeping their current troops supplies, throwing hundreds of thousands of extra bodies into the front is definitely not going to help things for them.
