South of Zora's domain, East of the swamp, West of the Mountain that's North of Hateno. Don't try to find Kakariko by climbing that mountain and heading west through the Lanyru Promanade (if you make it that far after coming down from the mountain) it's elevation mean you will need cold resistance.
