I got a new one earlier this year. 2022 Nissan Sentra. About 28k. The salesman made a good pitch and it made a lot of sense when he said that new is the way to go. My mark up was in the form of a bullshit ELO GPS thing and a protection film on the handles. About $4.5k I didn't really have a choice because it was the car I wanted, it actually was available, and people were paying worse at the next dealership. Mark ups are still real. Just got a 2022 Accord Sport a little over a month ago. I got hooked up though and got it for the dealers invoice price because I'm friends with the GM of the dealership. They're currently selling for about 17% over sticker price.
