I have a feeling nobody will want to watch this whole thing so I will summarize

A guy was filming outside a business. An employee comes over and tries to steal the camera. Victim pulls out tazer and employee runs off

Cops show up and harass victim for a while but don't arrest him. Cops are starting to leave when new cop arrives on scene. New cop instantly comes in aggressive and attacks victim, and arrests him for breach of peace. This was a charge the other cops admitted he hadn't yet committed. They had kept warning him that he could be charged if he wasn't careful but in their eyes he never crossed the line.

New cop didn't agree. Later when victim gets out of jail, his camera footage was deleted. But he knew a way to recover the footage through digital means I don't understand.

Now the last cop in the story was fired
