Gotta learn power levels my dude, its a game change. Also a toaster oven or an air fryer for the fries. Microwaves are not the place for good crispy.

Microwaves cook from the outside in as well. So thats why things can still be cold in the middle. Just a friendly tip.

Put it in a container and it will retain it's moisture
