Since Covid hit I have been isolating besides going to work. But I think I am going to get a gym membership so I can go swimming. However I am worried about that since overall I have just been tired. I a recall people talking about working out will give you energy. Thanks guys and gal. And I don't think I can over train. What I want to do is hit the pool and nothing else. Until I lose like 20 pounds. Then I will spread out.
