Wasn't expecting too much since Pocket Dungeon (the puzzle spinoff) lost my interest pretty quickly, but man this game is addictive. Gameplay is really fun and the music is great too. I guess it helps that I'm a fan of roguelikes.

I liked it but there's not much variation between runs. After my first win I haven't really come back to it. It'd be great to see them add more playable characters with their playstyle from their respective game, but I guess that'd be a challenge since the level designs seem crafted around Shovel Knight. But they've announced free DLC so hopefully it ends up being pretty substantial, they have a really solid foundation to build off of.

But yeah, Puzzle Dungeon could do the alt characters because the game is built around them

Treasure Trove had to make new campaigns for the characters

But yeah theres also a secret ending that has you going thru all of the floors instead of 4

I was the opposite. I was really into pocket dungeon but dig lost my interest after a few days.

Beat the game last night, but unfortunately lost my skeleton key before getting to the door in Grub Pit, so no true ending, RIP

Game still is fun and I havent unlocked everything so Im gonna keep playing
