Gamefaqs defines a spoiler as giving away plot details but some people on twitch think you can spoil puzzles by telling the person the answer. I think spoilers and hints are two separate things ... Copied to Clipboard!

It may not fall under the technical definition of a "spoiler" if it isn't specifically related to the plot, but it can definitely diminish the enjoyment someone derives out of a game if they already know how to solve a puzzle. ... Copied to Clipboard!
