My kids watched some of the episodes, but then they got bored and wanted to watch 'real Scooby doo'.

From what I remember she pined over shaggy, and shaggy was oblivious to it, ignored it, and when she couldn't be ignored he was extremely uncomfortable.

In the second season I think they started dating?

I started watching it during the pandemic and just kinda trailed off for some reason.

Ill catch this new one when it comes to hbo max, if they havent fucked that all up.

He was based off of Max Shulman's Dobie Gillis, in particular, Dwyane Hickman's portrayal of the fresh faced college boy/soon to be Army recruit beatnik.

Casey Casem was actually nervous about being assigned the role as he had never played a hippie before. Now his character is literally the iconic image of one.
