This was definitely a film I was extremely underwhelmed by on my initial viewing, pretty much mirroring the sentiments that anyone on the internet whos seen it once felt; however, I ended up watching it a second time because my father was interested and I appreciated it much more and eventually even watched it a third time by myself. If you like sci-fi you might get something from it despite its reputation as a disappointing entry into its franchise.
