I've been putting it off long enough, it's time to jump into the magical world of Puyo again. Last Kirby game I played was back in 2016 when I went through Kirby's Return to Dreamland and I played a little of the 2D switch one with my old roommate but honestly I just couldn't get into it. Feel free to discuss the game but please spoiler tag anything past the first world for those who are coming in here for impressions. Let's.... Do this?!

The difficulty really ramps up so don't worry if you think the first two worlds are a bit easy, because they are. First world is full tutorial basically.

Yes but it's so well hidden lol. It was the only waddle dee I had to look up and I still didn't see the alternate route when I first snagged it.

My file says I've completed everything I'm that mission. Is it still something I may have missed?

The hidden route I took is near the beginning. You only find a maxim tomatoe there but it satisfies the find hidden route task

You can keep climbing the bridge where the tomato is to reach an entirely different route through the level where all the minibosses are in pairs.

Ah thanks will have to try that

Yeah it's completely optional and doing it isn't recorded or anything, but it's still cool to experience. There are at least five other secret rooms like it that don't have any unique collectibles, but are still neat to see and you'll feel like a genius if you find one on your own lol.

I would recommend checking out https://kirby.fandom.com/wiki/Secret_area. Forgotten Land doesn't have a section yet (dang I posted this on the forgotten lands board in April and they still don't have one smh) but you can search up "forgotten lands secret areas" on youtube and get videos like this one
