It'll depend what other specializations the doctors have. If they can pivot into other roles (most likely broader Ob-Gyn) easily enough, they'll probably do that. It depends on the restrictions. Some of them may preemptively close for safety reasons though. If you're wondering what people will do after that, well... people have been sharing around info on how to combat a lot of this via certain networks/workarounds for months. Publicly, whatever remains will be treated as pariahs while the GOP politicians use them in "secret" (read: obvious to anyone with an IQ above room temperature).
