Like does the general public forgive him knowing hes having an obvious episode and being manipulated by Candace among other people ?

Im just curious what happens cause we dont really see public super stars have mental episodes in the public eye like this.

I personally dont think people will forgive him until he takes his own mental health serious and gets back on medication and therapy, after shutting up for at Least 6 months.

Part of me truly wonders how much of this is a mental health episode versus this is just his mental state all the time and he requires a power of attorney type support of some kind?

He'll buy another farm in the middle of nowhere and pretend to be a farmer for 2 months again.

What if this is the (new) actual Ye though?

Like he said, no one man should have all that power. No one man should have the fame and (near) cult of personality surrounding him that he has.

the loud boisterous saying the first thing on his mind, thats all him. I dont think thats going to change

but the increasely offensive racist, erratic statements, feel like a bad combination of a episode and keeping bad company around.

He'll get so high he never has to come down from this. Or maybe he'll actually lose something he cares about and just become even worse, which is what usually happens.

I think that has a lot to do with the manipulation from Candice Owens among other things.

Having a mental illness does not excuse being a racist shit and it is insulting to the 99.99% of people with a mental illness who are able to be a decent human being still.

Kanye is responsible for Kanye and no one else. He isn't owed any forgiveness or acceptance and has to live with the consequences of his actions unless he truly and properly repents/works to fix his bigotry.

Unfortunately, it seems he is just surrounded by people who who want to take advantage of him and is unlikely to get help until something truly bad happens. Hopefully he can get help before something that can't be fixed happens.

This is quite true. I dont have racist views but I certainly think about race/ethnicity/basically any identity category more when I am mentally ill, and then a lot of things can seem antagonistic when you are sick like that.

thats kinda how I feel.

Like hes a victim and being manipulated by people around him, praising his ego, being yes men taking advantage of his break down.

But hes only have as many episodes as he does because he refuses to take his medication

so like ever if you think hes the victim. He clearly is at fault somewhere.

Yeah, I do have limited sympathy for people who refuses to take their medication in some circumstances, but then again, people can legitimately convince themselves that a doctor is trying to poison them and stuff. And once something is concrete and factual in your mind it is really hard to be shaken from that belief.

I've worked with people who had 90% recovered from psychotic episodes, would acknowledge they had suffered some serious delusions just a few weeks or months prior, but say something like oh but this particular thing I was talking about is unfortunately true, that wasn't a delusion. Then go onto describe the most farfetched ridiculous explanation possible

It's a very complicated subject
