Corporations can hypothetically hire people that the government can then tax. Not every company is run by Bobby Kotick, so not all of the tax savings will go into the C-suite's pockets.

Yeah cutting corporate taxes could potentially lead to lower costs, higher worker pay, better benefits, better work environment.

It probably won't but better chance of it helping then going to the rich people individually.

Rich people. Because I suspect corporations are more likely to pay taxes, meaning we'll get significant amount of tax income from them. Individual people are more slick and thus cutting their tax wouldn't impact the overall tax income that much, since they'll be avoiding tax anyway.
