Seriously, if you haven't played the fights with joycons, do it. Was alright, but there were way, way too many moons, and because of the way progression worked in the game (your total count of moons didn't matter, just how many you got in a particular world did) it made the already-too-plentiful moons feel insignificant to obtain past however many you needed in your current world to be able to move on. Felt like a generic boring open world game they threw Mario and co into cause they needed a Mario game for the new console. Which I don't mind in concept, if the game is actually good.
