To me, that is something I would argue is not that influential. Scream on the other hand took the slasher genre, did something somewhat unique with it, and then inspired a whole new wave of horror. For good or bad (mostly bad some would argue). Before Scream though, horror really was lost with it's hokey, almost direct to home video movies. Hellraiser 3, Leprechaun 3/4, Candyman Farewell to the Flesh, etc. Get Out hasn't really inspired a new, impactful subgenre I'd argue.
