i actually had some shelf stable milk in a box that had expired and it came out really chunky (but tasted fine), i remember making a topic about it a while back

I think we got it like... 4-5 days ago, and the expiration says Nov 16th

Fun fact from stocking milk once upon a time, it loses a day of freshness for every hour it sits in room temperature. I saw many times milk was delivered and it sat out for hours because the stocker was busy doing something else instead of moving it in right away.
