because people make fun of you if you're unfit and you feel like a burden because you don't know how to use most of the equipment and fit people keep asking if you are done so they can use whatever machine/weights you were trying to use so you just walk out barely even working out because no one taught you how to do anything and everyone is glad you left because you weren't doing anything properly.

I do things properly, but my job works me 4 days a week morning until night, so I really only get to go to the gym 3 days a week, and sometimes they're back to back, so how the hell am I supposed to make any progress?

With a 3 day work out split? Push, Pull, Legs, etc...

If you're a newbie, you know you can always use things like Youtube to learn about different machines, exercises, and more, right?

Information has been democratized. There's no excuse to not take advantage of it.

You want to go when it's least busy. You can easily find that by using google.
