So I mean I dunno. I have nostalgia for it as a fond Santa memory but he is only "Santa" in the sense that he leans into the role hard and kidnaps Santa to prevent the genuine article from acting as the in universe Santa. That was how Attila the San(ta), last year's Santa, appointed Quetzalcoatl the new Santa. And while Quetzalcoatl was delighted to become Santa after casually accepting the Christmas Holy Grail, three problems arose.

So I'd imagine Scott Calvin Claus Clause rules apply for Quetz. Wasn't Santa, magic stuff happens, "appointed to be Santa"... I'm not really sure how you could ban her without banning Scott.

The others... I'll concede that I don't have any good quotes from the wiki for them, but I'd presume there's an in-universe reason they were Santa, as it would be incredibly odd of the game to not have one.

They are absolutely more than just skins. They (well, at least, the ones Im familiar with) have stories and everything about how they're Santa for the year.

Right now I think I'm leaning against the F/GO nominations. I've tried to be pretty lenient with nominations, and I kinda get the arguments for them, but it ultimately just kinda feels like an alternate skin with some flavor text, especially since it gave basically the same things to a bunch of other characters in the game. Not to mention it hurts the contest imo if over 10% of the entrants are just F/GO skins

Yeah, they actually pick up the role and responsibilities of Santa for the year. That includes maintaining the list of naughty/nice people and distributing the appropriate gifts. Let me see if I saved some screenshots from their story events.

Probably is. I was just seconding a few nominations that I saw already on the list. I also seconded Bad Santa, but I don't know that it really fits either, since it's just a thief who dresses as Santa to get closer to loot.

Jesper delivers just as many toys as Klaus in the movie!
