I wonder just how terrible their ONN brand TVs are, because for that price, they have to be fucking baaaaaad.

have had an onn brand 4k roku tv for almost two years and it's still going good. got it during black friday of 21.

it's not amazing or anything, the picture quality is just 'good enough' and the sound quality is... well... get a sound bar for sure but nah it's not bad for the price at all tbh

I want a good all range TV when I eventually upgrade from my 10 year old LG HDTV. I want to spend less than $1,000 on it, too. The TVs that I want (TCL 6-series and Hisense U78H) are in the $8-900 range on sale.

Is Canada really doing ONN and not TCL like the US? There's a TCL 55 for $188 and a 65 for $228.

TCL 4 series is all on sale as well, though I don't know for how good a price. I haven't been looking at them because I want a better panel if I'm going to be using that TV for however many years I do. Wouldn't be surprised if the ONN and TCL brands were ostensibly the same, but with different firmware.

Nah I think ONN is closer to Hisense I think.

All these cheap shitty TVs are basically the same. I wouldn't want that ONN as a main TV, but if I could fit it in my room I absolutely would put it there.
