There are overhaul mods, like Viva New Vegas, but they're a little overkill for a first time playthrough. Oh and CONELRAD radio. I can start New Vegas all over again and still miss a lot of side quests and other stuff to explore. Even though it crashes even my Xbox one, it's still a fun game.
