I don't think so. They are generally paid to people who already make reasonable to very high amounts of money a year.

i got a holiday bonus one time, just for like $400 or so, and it was incredible

My Christmas bonus is usually a $50 gift card to the grocery store.

But the past couple years I got $80 instead as a "thanks" for working thru the pandemic.

I used to work for a company that gave a 10% bonus every Christmas. Eventually a lot of employees wanted it to be baked into their salary instead of having to wait every year, so they did it and everyone got a 10% increase to their salary instead. It was nice.
