Story wise there's not a ton you're missing out on, but I'd say all the main entries in the PS2 and PS3 are fun and worth playing if you can.

Yea, alot of story themes,from the main plot point, references and emotional moments go all the way back to the first game.

If you want to catch up though. Thebfastest route for main story purposes I recommend starting from....

Rachet & clank(original game and NOT the remake)>'Up your arsenal'>tools of destruction>A Crack in time>into the nexus and finally, rift apart.

Finished the games opening and I feel this is gonna be a rough ride.

If it gets really bad I might put on croatian subtitles.

I heard she was just of a similar species and not a lombas. Aside from that, story wise the game is as filler as they get. Tools of destruction I argue could probably be skipped as well to be honest.

Why is there no accessibility settings to make all these garbage characters shut the fuck up during gameplay.

Nah she's referenced in this game by Rivet, literally mentioned by name

She also shows up in her thief disguise at the ending of Up Your Arsenal, and I'm pretty sure she is mentioned in an audio log or something in A Crack in Time

One of the radio shows mentions her and they say something like "Wait, isn't she a Lombax too?" and the other guy responds saying something about the lack of a tail being proof of not being one. Also when does Rivet reference her? I must've missed that line.

Im kind of flabbergasted that they introduced a new playable character and the innovative gameplay justification is that shes a ratchet clone. So there is no gameplay justification, its purely justified by story consideration. Despite two hours in its already the worst ratchet of clank story of all time*

Okay Insomniac. Thats a great reason for making me not play as the title character in your game about that character.

*Dumb PSP spin-offs possibly excluded.
