Unless Deschamps decides to unleash Mbappe and other players in the final 20-30 minutes, yeah this looks like Tunisia's to lose.

This isn't even just the result, we're collapsing completely. Worst I've seen Denmark play in years.

I think the only valid excuses we have is that playing France before Tunesia was unlucky and Delayney getting injured early in the first match. This is the worst we've played in a long time.

Australia advancing is cool on paper sure and it's fun seeing smaller teams get results but I don't think I have it in me to cheer for a team that plays like this and is awarded by the referee for stalling.

Yeah, added time doesn't nearly make up for the time wasting. That's almost as disappointing as the result when they're actively trying to prevent time wasting.

Well, my predictions this tournament have mostly been trash, but I managed to call Australia getting out of the group!

Miserable tournament for Wales and I also expect a Poland thrashing tonight, but a tiny, overly optimistic part of me thinks we might sneak a draw against Argentina and not only get out of the group, but get to play Australia rather than France...

So naturally, Saudi Arabia and Argentina are nailed-on winners tonight.

After getting to the semis in the Euros and completely dominating qualifications (we qualified months before most teams), hopes we're definitely higher than this.

So, I guess Andrew Redmayne penalty antics could be a thing in this tournament should they hold out until then in their next match.

I think the pressure must've got to them. A lot more pressure when you're expected to win vs being the underdog.

I don't know, that usually doesn't happen to them. They tend to perform well in these situations. Just haven't been playing well this tournament at all.

I'm quite surprised to see Lisandro Martinez starting on the bench for Argentina, he did a great job coming in the first match and playing the second.

Eh I don't think it has been that way really, they just need those last 2% against a team that seems to play for the draw or at least has been pressured to. I think Poland will be happy going even at the break, even without the penalty save.

Also this mentality is the worst, with all due respect. In any case where Messi is involved it always gets to be some meta thinking about him. I don't disagree it was thin, but it was by the book, and we've seen thinner.

Every single person on the half time panel here said it was 100% not a penalty.

Well Krychowiak just got a yellow. If he gets another, then I think the fair play points become equal.
