The person at any time can open the messages. Saying don't do that please! Isn't gonna be good enough. The role has to account for the fact they could just do that.

why are you so sure the player has access to Suprak's account and it isn't just Suprak copy pasting messages sent by someone else through him as a puppet

Let's be real. The suprak slot is third party at worst. Otherwise it's default town. Innocent until proven guilty for me.

I guess that's possible. Weird but possible. I didn't expect Suprak would 24/7 be just transferring someone's shit posts to the game via proxy when the dude took 400 years to get the game started.

If that is the case, they have very little value in finding scum if town and is a gimped spot in that case. It's a very convenient forced inactivity excuse for scum too.

My maybe-wild theory is that its just one of us, and that 'Suprak' will either die with that player or hop to someone else if that player dies.

(Though that does sound an awful lot like Covid)

if they can only send 3 messages a day at Suprak's own availability or something like that it wouldn't be too bad.

Unless Suprak just really likes to do things at the 40th minute of an hour, there doesnt seem to be a strict time as to when he can post at least.

Here's my point :

If it's scum, the worst thing this Suprak slot can actually do to us is distract us. It can draw votes away at end of day that would be much more useful somewhere else, or create an easy scapegoat for scum to vote for.

So let's all make a pact now that we're not going to vote that slot by end of day today, and anyone who does dies tomorrow

How often does one have to work on a phone for that to happen?

Making assumptions is what makes for a good player. Otherwise the whole game is just "well he could be town OR HE COULD BE SCUM"

For example, I've already decided Sultan is town and I won't go back on it no matter what he does next.

My flavour is something that doesn't actually exist so I can't even say if it had a good 2021 or not!

it's like 12 hours into day 1 and there's 100 posts. the most novel thing (to our knowledge) about our game is that the host is presumably playing. why would we not talk about it?
