According to Denzel Washington white people are a shade of pink not white. White people's problem is having to put up with blacks and mexicans constantly screwing up instead of following the beam they cause mischief which white people got to deal with which is why white people act that way.

I do agree that it's stupid to think non white people can't be racist, especially when talking about 2 minorities being racist to each other. How is that not racist?

And I think it's stupid to think you can't be racist to a white person

But this mostly seems to just be limited to comments online. I dont think we are the point where white people are being oppressed in the streets

it'll probably never get that far either. This shouldn't even be a discussion, a few mean comments that were said online is nothing compared to the history that minorities have faced and i'm 95% sure this was a bad faith topic

I don't think these are majority opinions though. Most people I've talked to, regardless of race, seem to agree that it's nonsense. This is at the individual level though. Institutionally, I think you'd be hard pressed to find a lot of examples of racism against whites. Historically, racism perpetuated by whites tends to be a lot worse too.

They don't have to. The NHS already has fewer white people than there are in the public proportionally, so whites are under-represented and should be the ones benefiting from affirmative action if anyone has to. But it should all be about hiring the best people for the job, in a colour blind fashion. Not forcing recruiters to write a report justifying why they hired a white person, which is going to make them more reluctant to do so as they will get in trouble if they do it 'too much' and their justification isn't accepted by their superiors.

This isn't something that needs to be discussed.

Nah. The issue is that the powers that be in the US essentially condone racism and classism of minorities and are intentionally not taking the necessary steps to change things for the better for all. The US is falling apart because they want it to in hopes of culling most of the groups of people they hate so much, and so they can further exploit the remaining groups afterward and force them into labor intensive jobs so they don't have to bother. Can't give the poor even a decent chance to succeed lest the moderately successful lose their priveleged position, and to even be comparable to the rich in rights and freedom is absolutely unacceptable.

Oh boy getting serious enlightened centrist all lives matter energy from that OP
