Man, whether youre a family murderer or school shooter while people ALWAYS get put into a positive light by certain groups.

Those same groups will instantly brand Muslim folks as terrorists when they do these things. Even if theyre American Muslims

You can have your own prepared one if you want, though It can be given to a family member or even a lawyer Most newspapers probably wont have it on hand. But it can be given to them

So you think it's more likely that these 40 year olds had their obituaries prepared sometime in the last couple years (because all 5 kids are mentioned) than it is that whoever wrote them afterward chose to exclude the details and word it this way? Why would they do that? It's not a normal thing to do.

If it was given to a lawyer, then they do it because they were paid to... Chances are a family member wouldn't do it unless they heard of the deaths, but not the cause of what happened to everyone... But many people prepare obituaries early, and update as time goes on. It' like when people prepared a will early, and update with a lawyer as time goes on. And it wouldn't be surprising for that guy to have prepared one if he knew he was going to die soon (since he was planning killing everyone)... It can be either... I'm not going to say what's more likely since I don't know the people or the family... All I'm saying is there are people who have prepared obituaries already... That's all...

I mean you can ballpark how likely something is based on how much it's happened. Do the majority of 40 year olds write obituaries and provide them to a lawyer?

I don't know. I've never asked people how many have written their own obituaries. Nor have I looked up to see if there are any studies or statistics... That said, why would I use normal statistics for this scenario. I wouldn't consider a guy who killed his wife, mother-in-law, and all 5 children exactly normal... And even if I did, he could be one of the people who did still...

In the end, I don't even know why this matters. All I said was some people can have them written in advance... And that's true... I never said for sure he did. And unless they release that info, we may not know...

You'd use normal statistics to make a prediction? In the absence of details? Especially if you want us to consider a possibility?

By "this", if you mean "the possibility of him prewriting his will", it matters because you are saying we should consider it. Why bring up what "some people" do unless you want us to consider it?

I said wouldn't use normal statistics to make a prediction. Not on this guy, at least... From what I know, statistics like these would probably ask normal people in a normal state of mind. Which this guy doesn't seem to be, based on what he did from what i could tell... But I also said since I know nothing about this guy or his family...

I not saying you should consider anything. If you don't want to consider it, then don't. All I said was, "You can have your own prepared one if you want, though It can be given to a family member or even a lawyer Most newspapers probably wont have it on hand. But it can be given to them" That statement doesn't even have to be about the guy in this article. I just said people (anyone) can prewrite one... That's all... So if you don't want to consider it, then don't. I don't fucking care what you believe or consider. I was just stating something that can happen...

That didn't really answer my question - *why* are you bringing this up? Especially if you don't have a reason to believe it commonly happens?

If a person crashes into a tree and is found to have a high blood alcohol level, would you bring up "some cars brake systems fail" as "something that can happen"?

I only brought it up because someone said, Some obits are prepared/written in advance. And then TC replied with, For celebrities yes. Not random nobodies And I was replying to that by saying, You can have your own prepared one if you want, though It can be given to a family member or even a lawyer Most newspapers probably wont have it on hand. But it can be given to them Its all still in this topic, as of writing this So, you stupid analogy doesnt work since I had an actual reason to bring what I brought up. I was literally responding to another post. And like I said, what I said wasnt directed at just this guy. It was for anyone I never said this guy had one. I was saying that anyone (not just this guy) could have one premade If you going to try to troll, then do it better, I guess

his wife filed for divorce two weeks prior to the murder, so something was going on in the background before this happened. Still, killing kids and the mother is just wrong.

Blame his relatives. They are the ones who wrote the obituary.

Plus he was investigated for doing something to his oldest daughter. So eww.
