I would genuinely suggest working on that. I get humans are wired to predict and passively seek danger to avoid it, but generalized fear and anxiety about nothing in particular is a bit too far on that response. I'm sorry to hear that, TC, I hope you're doing alright. ... Copied to Clipboard!
