Topic i started 9/1/22 reached the post limit after updating my weightloss journey with Intermittent Fasting(IF).
Started at 300lb my highest after many years of up and down weight gain and loss. Got as low at 198lb like 7 years ago at 6'1.
Usually weigh myself on Saturdays for my updates although as of this morning i weighed in at 259.6 which put me at 40lb lost since End of August/Beginning of September.

Hoping IF will allow me to lose weight and hopefully keep it off soon as i reach my goal of 185-200lbs.
Also try to keep calories under a bit below my baseline needs but hopefully again, when i reach my weight goal, i wont need to count calories as much to maintain the weight loss long as i stick to fasting.

*** 2022 results**
8/28: 300.0
9/24: 286.6
10/29: 274.8
12/3: 272.0
12/31: 269.0

Total = -31.0lbs

***2023 Progress***
1/1/23: 272.4
1/7/23: 267.2 (-5.2)
1/14/23: 265(-2.2)
1/21/23: 263.2(-1.8)
1/28/23: 261( 2.2)

2023 Total = -11.4 lbs

OVERALL TOTAL = -39lbs

How many calories a day do you intake? Any restrictions? (ie: carbs, sugar, etc.)

In general, i ideally try not to go lower than 1,600 and not go too far above 2,000.

I dont restrict anything specifically, but i do try to avoid starchy carbs like potatoes, rice, pasta.
But if i crave it, i usually have it in small servings to satisfy the craving. Long as i stick to calorie range.

Just had mac n cheese today tbqh.

Woke up 259.2. Pretty good with that mac and cheese yesterday.

Got one chicken breast left. Wondering what i want to doordash for my one big meal of the day and add my chicken to it.

258lb today. Pretty steady this week.
Think i may be losing to fast already down 3lbs from Saturday since i didnt have a big cheat meal for the fooball game.

Woke up back up 261.

Cheated a lot with the sweets yesterday after some Toblerone pieces. I think i got the sweet tooth out of my system for now though at leas haha

I work tonight which i usually lose a lot of weight for my morning weigh in.

Woke up 261. Been fasting but not as long and eating whatever.
Need to get back on it but addicted to stupid Stardew Valley.

Was 269 this Saturday so not too far off. Will update tracker when the boy naps.
Need to work on my sous vide chicken when he naps too.
