cjsdowg 02/02/23 10:40:07 PM #1:	This just seems like the oddest thing to me. I am not attacking that dude and ladies who do it. Like many times you have to take up more space to set up the camera and such and people recording are always complaining about other people in their shots. (not even getting into the creep vs not creep debate). Jiek_Fafn 02/02/23 10:47:31 PM #3:	If you're doing it to check your form it's a fantastic tool to make sure that you don't hurt yourself and help you break plateaus. Things like correcting deadlift form can potentially save you from serious injury. Don't be a cry baby about people walking by though. --- I don't believe in belts.
