Persona Q1 is a better game imo

-Dungeons aren't as complex or puzzleish so far. They're mostly straight lines with lots of turns.

-Encounters feel way harder for some reason

-No dub. Da fuck.

-Sidequests take so much time to do now. You have to dedicate an entire run to a side mission and it just wastes a lot of time to do something simple.

-No exp sharing. So out of the 25ish characters you have, only 5 get exp at a time. So you're basically just incentivized to pick 5 characters and stick with them forever. There's items that raise the level of other members, but they're super rare and limited

Yeah but Persona Q has the horror dungeon that is absolutely no fun to go through. As well as the torch puzzles in the Inaba Festival dungeon. Even with using a walkthrough, I was still stuck on one of those torch puzzles for SIX. MONTHS. Not helped by the fact that the torchs last 10 steps, but if you get into a battle, each turn takes an additional step away from your torch. So if you get into battle at the wrong time, the puzzle becomes literally unsolvable on that attempt, through no fault of your own.

Plus it also lacks the Phantom Thieves. So, you know. That's a big minus.
