Honestly I think it could go either way. I think some of the things shown in the "it's a vision of a possible future" scene will happen and some won't.

I didn't like it cause Jessi how they do my girl jessi dirty like that?

i actually really enjoy the game and if I ever find time I need to replay it and finally get the hard mode trophy

I think it's most likely she won't die at all and that will be the 'shocking ending' to Rebirth. (Which, probably not coincidentially, fits in with the "Rebirth" name well) SE has been clear that they expect players to be familiar with the original storyline...so they are going to try to entertain us by toying with our expectations. Unfortunately, I don't find that 'toying with expectations' nearly as interesting as 'building on the existing story'.

Their backstories were good and it was indeed more sad...until the ending made me suspect that they're all just going to pop out of a portal from an alternate universe or somesuch. Wedge in particular could well be hanging from the side of the elevator shaft by his belt loop.

Wedge voice actor is the guy who played Badger in Breaking Bad which is awesome! I loved the game more than I thought I would, major nostalgia kick. I just wish I didn't have to wait so long in between parts.

Possibly Though, I would think rebirth fits more for dying and coming back But it does fit with not dying So maybe they see and prevent it somehow Or think it happened, but it didnt Who knows? Haha. Guess we just have to wait and see
