Its at level 15 access currently but I think it should be bumped up to 20. This would be a decent way to combat the trolls for when they get banned and make new accounts. This way theyll have to wait even longer before being able to come back here and shit up the place and we can have some peace. Mainly for trolls like buttsage or SMAL.
