I need lithium and stalker teeth but the stalkers arent dropping teeth, I mined allthe shale in the floating islands, and I cant find Cyclops hull parts.

Sea Treaders? Cant find their biome. I just know its between a biome swarming with Ghost Leviathans and a biome swarming with Reapers.

As for my base, I built it near the lifepod that used to belong to that Ozzy guy.

i been meaning to play subnautica for reals for a while, i only played it briefly to see if I even like the concept

So it is a horror game, it is intended to be scary.

Also the secret for teeth is they drop teeth when they bite metal debris the ones that take up 4 inventory slots. If you picked up all the sheets of metal debris near them you'll need to bring some to them.

Not really, it's a survival game with some scary monsters

Subnautica's weird in that it isn't explicitly a horror game, but by the simple virtue that you're exploring the deep ocean and encountering all the sorts of crazy things that lurk down there, it ends up being really scary. There's a huge element of simply being afraid of the unknown expenses you're blindly wandering into, compounded by the fact that you do encounter some scary monsters here and there that are genuinely dangerous to you.

One point I did really like, though, is that the scary monsters behave like actual animals, rather than video game enemies: They don't aggro you just for existing and chase you down until they either die, kill you, or leash back. They attack as though you're prey and/or something that's entered their territory, and as soon as you either make it clear that you aren't a threat or are too knifey to be worth hunting, they tend to leave you alone.

lol I remember playing that and right off I was like "imma swim to the sunken spaceship cause why not" and my ex was watching and recoiling but trying not to say anything when I got attacked by the thing just swimming around

then when I got a bigger sea ship I was like imma swim as far out as I can and again he was watching in horror like WHY DO YOU FEEL COMPELLED TO DO THIS and I had a ton of things attack me but then you got past that and there was nothing and I was kinda disappointed there wasn't some giant leviathan that just ate you entirely at some point

Ever since Ive gone scuba diving, I sometimes get nightmares about sharks. I think subnautica contributed.

It may not be a horror game but I'm pretty sure no horror game has scared me quite the way Subnautica did the first time I was grabbed and eaten by a reaper leviathan out of nowhere. It was just a peaceful craft 'em up game up until that happened.

Its not a true horror game because a really lucky player might not encounter any scary creatures, it really depends on your luck. I got swarmed by Reapers the instant I entered the dunes but I have never seen anything in the blood trench.

I think you can just let them bite the small submarine and they'll drop teeth without damaging it.

I remember dropping 4 scrap (Metal Salvage) in an area with a bunch of Stalkers then sat in a prawn suit nearby for a few minutes. I might have made a sandwich. When I went to collect the teeth there was more than I could carry.

Oh, It seems there's a bug where one type doesn't work.
