It's only a problem if playing too much is negatively impacting the rest of your life, but that can be said for any hobby, activity, etc.

Games have also helped disabled people of varying ages keep occupied and content.

Within reason, spend your personal time however the fuck you want. The critics already do.

Dont know I am guessing they still care about what other people think, not my problem.

People are just answering your question.

Also, something being "too X for Y" means that something will not work, or something bad will happen, if you try.

"That liquid is too hot for that cup"
It means it will probably melt.

"That car is too wide for that gate"
It means it could get stuck or scraped on the sides if you try to go through.

When you say someone is too old for doing something, you have to say what could possibly go wrong if they still do. Will they break their hip? Will they forget something and cause a catastrophe? What?!

I fell out of them in my mid 20s. Just couldn't get into them anymore.

...and then I got back into them around 30, and now at 38, it's my primary source of entertainment again.

There's not really a cutoff age.

It doesn't really have anything to do with age. If it isn't getting in the way of work/family/social life then I don't really think it's anyone's business how much or little you enjoy your hobbies.
