And if the common folk can do whatever they want, then they dont have power. So, theyll do whatever it takes to stay in power. And if they control everything from jobs to the arts, the. They still have power Just because robots do everything doesnt mean anything. It just means were stuck relying on everyone else to get by. Yes, the transition will be terrible and screw a lot of people before we get to a currency-less society but whether we want it out not they'd the way things are going

The only way UBI is sustainable is if the wealth hoarders that want to use automation to avoid paying people, pay people to not do the jobs that have been automated.

No, I work in a specialised IT Field for the NHS. NHS England has mandated that several parts of our workload cannot be performed automatically, either by RPA solutions or similar, due to the potentiation risk to patient information, I highly doubt this will change any time soon, but in 20+ years, who knows.
