  • boil noodles
  • drain noodles and put back in pot
  • add butter, salt, and shredded cheese to the noodles
  • stir all together on low heat till cheese and butter are melted
  • add some hot sauce (optional)

Make kraft mac and cheese as directed, but then add half cup of honey, a quarter cup of miracle whip 2 tablespoons of nutmeg and a teaspoon of garlic.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- Prepare the elbow macaroni according to package directions. The amount depends on how much you are making

- Take all the shredded cheese except the parmesan (on the top left corner) and mix them together. Take about half of the Parmesan and mix with the rest. The slices are marked with a blue line on the picture, and also say sliced)

You can use different ones, though

- When the macaroni is cooked, spread 1/3 of it into the bottom of a lightly greased baking dish. The dish size also depends on how much you are making. Mix in 1/3 of the shredded cheese mix. Add a little salt/pepper if you want. Then take half of 2 of the sliced cheeses and cover the macaroni. I like doing alternating checker board, and then again the other way (I can draw a picture if this doesnt make sense) Then take another 1/3 of macaroni and put that in the dish. Again, salt/pepper if you want. Then mix in another 1/3 of the shredded cheese with the macaroni layer. Then take half of the other 2 shredded cheeses, and layer them on top of that Then take the last 1/3 of macaroni and put that in. Salt/pepper if that is your wish. Then mix in the last third of the shredded cheese. And then sprinkle the half of the parmesan cheese you set aside

Note: You can layer sliced cheese on top, but I usually dont

- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes Depending on how much cheese you use, you may need to cook it longer. For me, after I take it out, I usually leave it covered for a while to continue melting. Its always seems best when I do that Usually, Im taking it somewhere, and it continues to cook and melt for some time after, I guess

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The recipe is also flexible if you want You can add things, or use less cheese or whatever But this is the recipe that normally gets me compliments and request to make more of it
