its to be a training facility for emergency response personnel. That includes but its not limited to the police. Also includes emt and fire rescue. The spin that this is some kind of black op site to train storm troopers is beyond stupid

sadly scale and methods do apply here. You can improve intent to harm easily with this case, J6, most were just destroyed vacanted offices, only when there was risk of harm being done to someone did it go up in response (the one person shot).

But both do fit the definition of terrorism so, yeah J6 should be been hit harder.

You can prove intent to harm even more easily with January 6th. They built a gallows outside of the capitol. They posted their own photo and video evidence:

• Chanting "Hang Mike Pence"
• They were vocalizing the fact that they were looking for Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
• Chanting "Stop the steal"
• Saying Donald Trump told them to go there
• Beating the shit out of police officers for hours
• Smearing feces all over the place
• Urinating all over the place

Plenty of harm was done and it's all proven by their own photos/videos, capitol police body camera footage, and capitol security camera footage. Not to mention the Oath Keepers laughing when they realized Trump didn't tell them not to harm the members of congress. The rioters got within about 40 feet of Mike Pence at one point.
