GeraldDarko posted... Juul Try getting an actual vape with a coil and juice. It's cheaper than juuls in the long run anyway since those cartridges are expensive as fuck. I can get a big bottle of juice that'll last me a month that cost barely a little more than a 4 pack of Juul carts that didn't even last me a week and it's also stronger. And once you start off with a high nicotine content you can gradually lower it to ween yourself off if that's your end goal. I used nicotine patches to quit. Once you put one on you can tell yourself any cravings you're getting are in your head because you're getting the nicotine still. I was able to quit decently easy because any cravings that would pop up whenever I was wearing a patch I would just tell myself it's purely mental at that point. --- "No. I'm a man so theyll get me a full size McDouble." - DuncanWii https://i.imgur.com/cSxy3Od.png ... GeraldDarko posted... Any once of will power... shut the fuck up, bro Hey, this fool was trying to help you. I quit 6 years ago cold turkey. After 20 years 1-1 1/2 pack a day. After decreasing my habit to quit, only to buy another pack another day. I wasn't implying you had no will power. I was implying it takes a lot of will power to quit cold turkey. Which is the best way. Because when all said and done the accomplishment is far greater than having patches or continuing to breathe in nicotine. Which I never said didn't work, more so that you are still taking it in and it will taker longer to quit. My intention, was not to demoralize the way you're trying to quit. Just quit cold turkey. Remove all reminders of smoking like ash trays, lighters, etc from your place of living and car. Id avoid friends/fam who smoke for like a week. Also helps to establish which parts of the day you smoke most and get used to experiencing those parts without the cigs. It gets easier as time goes on.
