I like how in The Flash he can run through the entire city to find a bomb in time but a villain who ran around the corner while he was on the ground is just too far gone.

i remember one episode where he used his broken superspeed to go so fast that he had an hour as a nuclear bomb was exploding, imparting speed force to others to help him save the day. as in, go around the city, talk to a bunch of people, get help, and come up with a solution after the clock had already hit zero and was starting the explosion

but somehow a nonspeedster can get away on foot

Introduced Rogues in season 1 and made great use of them, but they became so popular CW out them on a spinoff and made them heroes. This takes away 90% of The Flash's rogues

Heatwave and Captain Cold don't account for 90% of the Rogues.

They should bring back the Turtle. I think he was several timelines ago so they can resurrect him.

Agents of SHIELD has a good take on a speedster hero, I think. She has the traditional superspeed, but she can only do it for the span of one heartbeat before she snaps back to her original position. So she can disarm a room full of people, but she isn't completely broken.

She had some of the best scenes in the show. I remember one episode when she had to run into a room laced with motion sensor bombs to either save someone or retrieve something and barely got out with her life. But the scene was amazing to watch.

She also had some of the darkest plotlines (like getting both of her arms cut off and having to get cybernetic arm replacements).

why dont they attack each other's knees
or could they crawl at superspeed
