Even putting aside my dislike for tomatoes, the BLT just does not appeal to me. There isn't enough substance IMO. Obviously bacon is elite, but lettuce is filler and tomatoes aren't much more than that. It ultimately just feels like a moist bacon sandwich to me. --- St. Louis Battlehawks (3-2) ... I don't go out of my way to eat them but I did make some last month since my meal plan had one recipe that needed lettuce, and another recipe that needed bacon, so I just had to buy a tomato and that was a third meal right there (I already keep bread and mayo all the time).
